Terms and conditions

All genealogical research is carried out as per our usual terms, and the following process:

• 30 minute telephone or Skype call to agree the focus for the research

• Timeline agreed, with research commencing when we receive copies of any key documents and signed research agreement

• A report of all findings and conclusions will be provided for the certificate holder

Your gift certificate may be activated any time to 31 March 2018.
